Day 1 and I hope I make it

I have been at work for 9 hours and I have one hour left and hoping I don't go home and cave. My plan is to make my chicken, broccoli and sweet potato and go for a walk. I am really hungry from all these small snacks and sensible meal choices. I am looking forward to my dinner and my evening walk tonight and day 2. I have to say I have searched a lot of old posts and the motivation I am seeing is everyones weigh loss trackers at the bottom of posts. I literally have looked at so much during my downtime of clients that I hate that mine says 0. Looking forward to when I can weigh in and see a difference. Thank you for the friend requests and encouraging posts so far.

Sounds like a good supper. As soon as you get home, drink a big glass of water. Then your supper should fill you up. Every day gets a little easier. Hang in there.0

I did it under 1200 calories and managed to squeeze in 4 oz of red wine to unwind. I know alcohol isn't ideal in weight loss however baby steps is what I'm doing. I'm going to finish my glass of wine and turn in early. Thanks!! ????0
