Hi. I was 61kgs (134lbs) last month when i started exercising, dieting and all. And now i just weighed myself its 56.7 (125lbs)... I have been doing workout, diet, dancing, curl ups, abs exercises. And i could see the progress in my body. In my tummy, i could see my waist is losing some fat, but my lower belly seems to be so bigggg! I mean, the lower belly fat is so visible whenever i look at my tummy. Any suggestions, pls?

It might be that your lower belly is where the lose skin is sagging. That is pretty common when you have lost weight and have excess skin left over.0

Belly fat is usually the last to go and it isn't just about losing weight in general when you get down to the end. You need to lower your body fat while preserving your lean muscle mass. Weight training is a great way to do that.0

I agree with Mokey41. Best exercises are any compound movements, exercises that use more than one muscle. Some examples would be squats, deadlifts, any pressing type of movement, overhead squats, pull ups & chin ups.0 -
