    my teen years were all about ME, my 20's were about everyone else in my life, but my 30's have been where I found the balance.

    I will be turning 30 in 13 days. I am looking forward to my 30s though I do need to lose some weight so that I am not struggling later on.

    20s were all about letting myself go, 30s are all about sports and healthy food and family life, so I'm loving it ;)

    I'm 34. This has seriously been one of the best years of my life. I feel more grounded than ever. I figured out that in order to achieve anything in life, you have to have goals, and not just sit there and wait for it to be handed to you. I love the 30s!
