What foods are best to eat the day after a binge?And what should I avoid?

    Just go back to eating healthy, and reducing your carb intake.

    Lots of veggies/protein and fruit

    Plenty and plenty of water to flush it all out

    Water and a good poop.

    If it's consistent, check food allergies/not enough water or fat intake with higher intake of fiber.

    I watch a lot of Dr OZ. I think he has a lot of good advice. That or a spoonful of peanut butter.
