      Your results are amazing! I'm also 5'0" and just started out at 160lb. Do you mind if I add you? Would love to hear more about what you did to succeed. I don't remember weighing less than 128 in my adult life. My goal is about your weight at this point.

      Soooo happy for you! I am where you were......I am 5'0" tall and at 187 lbs, my heaviest ever! I got to where I could hardly walk, extremely depressed, basically I became a hermit.

      I became a Grandmother (too young) 7 months ago and as she gets older I realize, one day I will want to be chasing this amazing little girl around the park and playing hide n seek! So my weight loss journey began!

      I have a petite frame (small bones) and have weighed under 105 up until 2 yrs ago when things fell apart. It may seem crazy to some because I only need to lose 60-70 lbs, and I'm not like 400-500 lbs.......BUT to me, it feels like I weigh that much. No one understands at all. But I am assuming you do and you can relate to my feelings.

      I'm so glad I saw your story on myfitnesspal.com! I hope all goes well with your continued accomplishments and journey, as I look forward to doing the same!
