How do I log crunches and dumbell workouts?

I'm not sure if I am logging ab crunches and my upper arm workouts correctly. I do 3 sets of 100 on my abs and 5 different exercises on my arms, 3 sets of 15 for each 5 exercises.
I dont get particularly sweaty or my heart doesnt get pumped. If I try to add these exercises under strength training it doesnt calculate any calories burned. The number remains zero. I have been entering it under calisthenics (light exercise) but that only says 30 calories are burned. Is that correct for 300 crunches? If I enter it under calisthenics- (moderate exercise sit-ups or push ups) it calculates 69 for my abs alone.
I have been grouping my ab and arm work-outs under light calisthenics but the numbers dont seem to make sense to me. Some guidance would be appeciated.
Thanks.

No mo calories than it's going to burn I would just log it under strength, which doesn't give you extra calories anyway.0

It's all an estimate anyway really.... but I use those two categories myself for home strength training and for what I do the "light" seems like not enough and the "heavy" seems like too much. Sometimes I split my time half and half or something just pick one or the other based on how fast I was moving/what my intensity feels like compared with other exercises.
But if you aren't working up a sweat and your heart rate isn't high it probably is close to the light one and not burning tons of calories.0 -

Thanks. That was helpful.
I dont think the heavy activity reading would be accurate and the light activity seems a little low. I guess I will just log it as the light activity so I dont wind up giving myself a bunch of extra calories that I didnt actually burn.0
