    37 here and feeling the best I have in a very long time. Seriously, because of MFP, I feel like I'm back in high school. I love running again and swimming :)

    As Jay Z says, 30's the new 20's :)

    my teen years were all about ME, my 20's were about everyone else in my life, but my 30's have been where I found the balance.

    can't say i love my 30's but i am pretty happy at 32. I was 200lbs+ for my later 20s so being back to my slimmer early 20s weight feels nice.

    I'm 32! Add me and we can talk about all the joys that come with that, like how I'm convinced that my metabolism is much slower than when i was 25 and losing weight seemed a lot easier. :)
