So this may be a little silly, but I was talking to a friend about weight loss and what not-- and she, knowing I have a thing for BIG guys (think lumberjacks and larry the cable guy), tells me that when I'm thin, I won't be able to get my big mountain men because big guys don't date skinny girls.
WHAT IN THE...? I *really* hope that's not the case!!! I love getting fit, but I cannot find myself attracted to fit men (that's right gentlemen, your "before" is sexier than your "after" in my eyes...i'ma weirdo)



Anyone else have a "type" more or less set in stone? Is there a thing that a girl/guy *has* to have for you to be attracted to them?

For me, it's beards and beer guts. True story lol

    thats crazy. nothing is universal but skinny/athletic/fit are definitely at the top of the dating food chain. you will have many more options once you are healthy and fit.

    yep, found me a 6'4 tradesman with very large shoulders. My only criteria was freakishly tall, the fact that he's a redhead was totally a bonus :smooched:

    hahaha, uh, why wouldn't big guys date smaller girls? First of all, your friend is sillypants. The guy I'm dating is close to 200 pounds more than me, so there goes that theory of hers... I don't really have a "type" per say, but I love them tall. The taller, the better. And kind and patient and honest and loyal and genuine and respectful and responsible and great at cuddling. Basically, the guy I'm dating. Picture in album.
