hey guys, was looking for advice/suggestions for something that would be a good energy booster. I've been drinking energy drinks for the past year and since i work in retail, sometimes i just need that energy shot to get me through my shift.

However, i know the sugars in it are horrible for me as is the high dose of caffeine, but when i try to get off of them i always end up w/ a day where i'm tired for whatever reason and i always fall back to the energy drinks.

any suggestions would be appreciated. for the record i can't stand coffee, i've tried it but i can't get past the distinct taste of dirt and sticks.

Exercise and an adequate diet works for me, and coffee. It seems when I slow down as in do little but sit around, I get tired:smile:

I like green tea. Iced in the summer, hot in the winter. I just brew my own from Lipton or Luzianne tea bags, the pre-bottled stuff has too much sugar, or artificial sweetener in the diet version.
