    Lots of stuff you can do....

    1/4 lb burger + bun is approximately 430 calories
    Chicken breast, veggies, potato
    Soup
    Bacon, 2 eggs, toast

    If you're feeling junk-foody:

    popcorn
    scoop of ice cream
    frozen yogurt
    small slice of cake

    If that's what I had left for tonight, here's what it would probably look like...

    Salad:
    2 cups iceburg lettuce
    1/2 cup rotel tomatoes
    1/4 cup corn
    2 ounces chunk light tuna
    Side:
    1/4 lb baby carrots
    2 tbsp light ranch dressing
    Drink:
    2 shots vodka
    3 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp agave nectar
    1/2 cup water

    Edit: public diary says 477 left so add a half cup of chopped green pepper and another ounce of tuna.

    Thanks to all of you who replied. I got some good ideas (and some sarcastic). I always end up with extra calories, carbs, and fat at night and that is not good. I will try again.

    Who was being sarcastic? I meant what I said; I had cake and a glass of milk to make up time extra calories last night. My cake and ice cream suggestion was dead serious and based off personal experience.

    If I had primarily carbs and fat remaining with 400+ calories to fill I would choose ice cream as well.

    this! I don't normally care what my calories are at, I just try and hit my macro targets. I would go for pistachios.
