MFP won't let me look up 30 day Shred as an exercise

I was trying to log the work outs I did today, but for some reason when I search the database for the 30 day shred no results come up. I was really hoping I could find a way to input it without inputting all the exercises individually. Can anyone let me know if they had this problem or if they know a way around this? Thanks a bunch.

I have seen that people use circuit training to log it.... so that's what I've been doing too.0

I log it as circuit training...25 min since I include warm up and cool down0

If you don't have a heart rate monitor, log it as circuit training. If you do, you can create a custom 30DS exercise for yourself based on your burn.0

Thanks. I was going to look into getting a HRM soon, but I was going to browse around online first.0

Thanks everyone for the help. I was really confused how everyone was able to log it. Finally got it all worked out.0

You shouldnt log warm up and cool down as burn. You will get a greater number and unless you dont stop to catch your breath or take a drink then you def cant log 25mins. I store it as 20mins aerobics 7 calories per min so 140 calories not sure what everyone else works on but rather under estimate than come up with extreme figures.0
