Share them! (:
I'm lactose intolerant, and i'm having trouble finding recipes that incorporate the two without dairy.

I eat them together :] Mash them both up lemon or lime juice, fresh herbs, spices, a bit of something for crunch (celery, cucumber, nuts, whatever) and you have something kind of like an egg salad.

Baked Tofu: Press & drain 1 block firm tofu. Cut into 4 "patties". Brush on mixture of soy sauce and liquid smoke, then sprinkle on garlic powder, salt & pepper. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Flip and bake additional 15 minutes.

Avocado "mayo": Mash 1 avocado and combine with 1 T red wine vinegar, salt, pepper and parsley. Use this in place of mayo.

Serve in a pita with a slice of tomato.

It's so yummy, I eat this a couple times a week!

    What i normally do:
    any type of bread
    3 oz tofu, pan fried/baked
    1-2 oz avocado, sliced
    1/2 tsp hot sauce
    pinch of salt.

Sprinkle a bit of salt on tofu, before cooking. Cook how preferred(i prefer pan frying.. just not so much oil)
    toast bread
put together as a sandwich. xD
I've had that twice this week, and i love it, but i can't live off of it.
