Today I quit being obese & became overweight - pics

    Today I went from the BMI range of obese to the range of overweight. I'm not done yet - been at this for just over 19 months.

    I'm 5'0"

    Starting weight: 221lbs

    Here's my most recent set of pics before today - including them because I think it's easier for me to see what this 20 lbs I've lost looks like.

    Weight: 172lbs

    The difference I really notice between the last two sets are: less muffin top and less arm fat.

    I have about 32lbs to go for my goal weight of 120lbs. :)

    Awesome!!! I have a LONG way to go but even at my goal weight of 144lbs I will still be in the overweight category
