Wednesday July 10th
-walked 1.38 miles around the neighbourhood
-really had to force myself to walk as hubby was working, parents were out of town, I was in pain, and there were thunderstorm watch/warnings
Thursday July 11th
-walked 1.59 miles with my mother-in-law along a path
Friday July 12th
-walked 1.28 miles with my husband in a conversation area mostly in the woods so we could get some shade as the sun was hot
-still not overdoing it with the walking until I get my medical test results so I am walking slower, walking less miles, and walking for a shorter amount of time
Saturday July 13th
walked 1.28 miles with my husband sometime after 10am
-went to the same conversation area and did the exact same walk as the day before to get some shade again
-tired of mosquitos biting me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
