      I love your statement about being more concerned with how much weight you are putting on the bar instead of the weight on the scale! Getting to that point on your fitness path is an awesome gain, so congrats on that too!

      I suffer from the inability to take a picture of myself and make myself say "cheese" at the same time. :laugh: I also figure it is better than a duck face.

      I was going to post the same thing but then I remembered it's REALLY hard to make a pretty face and flex at the same time.

      Thanks everyone! And to all the ladies who have said they are a similar body type, I wanted to say that if you keep at it you can get to where you want. Give the process time and appreciate what your body can do and don't be afraid to push it. One of my favorite lyrics is from AWOLNation and says "Never let your fear decide your fate."
