    Slow and steady wins the race for sure...I have to keep telling myself this. You look amazing and I'd say for a years time you have done awesome, you look like a totally different person! :)

    We are all in this together and I love the support I get from everyone! One thing I learned, to not get so discouraged was to take it 10 lbs at a time. That really helps and before you know it your at 20, then 30. And so on! I look forward to seeing everyone's progress!

    In my day to day life I have felt my weight loss was insignificant but when I look at these pics side by side I guess it does show! I have about 20 lbs to go and then maintenance :-/ Which we all know its when the work begins!

    I had to look at your profile before I said this because i didn't want to offend. But you look a good 15 years younger. In the first picture you look in your 30's but you look early 20's now. That is amazing.
