    Very nice job, OP. You are good at plating, presentation, and the photography, not to mention the cooking! Everything looks so fresh and expertly prepared.

    Your recipes look wonderful. I have cut out almost all meat since I started MFP.. At first it was simply to save on calories, but now I'm finding that I truly enjoy meatless meals and have actually become meat-averse. it just grosses me out!

    I know right! I'm not a vegetarian but I'm planning to start trying a few of the recipes...though I'll be honest and admit that I may replace the meat substitutes with meat..lol.

    I'll definitely be checking out your blog. After being a vegetarian for 3 years, the things I eat have slimmed down to the same basic meals. Gotta mix it up sometimes!!! Thanks!
