which of your macros do you not mind being in the red?

I only pay attention to overall calories. I'm usually over ( not that I care, MFP sets these way too low) on fat, protein, and sugar.0

Protein and Fiber....0

I started a thread to ask MFP to allow us to keep things green (instead of red) like too much fiber: shouldn't be red if you go over, imho it should stay green if you want it to! I don't mind being over in protein or fiber at all.0

I don't mind any of them. They're only a guideline.0

Fat.
Secondly, protein, but mainly fat.0 -
Anything except sodium and sugar... It's a battle. Very day to keep those two numbers down.0

It is not rocket science; the numbers do not need to be perfect & the same every single day.
I don't mind any of them being red. Some are almost always red, others never are. MFP is not as customizable as it could be so I make do.
I don't care about the calories being perfect either. I actually feel it is better for my fat-loss to have the calories vary a bit. What I'm doing is working very well for me.0
