I just found this and will start today, Too hot and humid her in NC and raining all the time it seems so I think I'll do my Leslie Sansone walking DVDs, starting today with 2 miles.

I haven't done a lot of walking as I have been getting my exercise on my bike. I did think that I wished I had on my pedometer as i was walking laps around my yard mowing the lawn this morning.0
