Saw this earlier and thought it's a cool topic...maybe I'm just bored today!? lol

"Nothing's accomplished without 3 big C's: Choice, Challenge & Change."

Which do you believe is the most difficult stage to overcome/achieve?

  • You can't change without choice or challenge, ergo nothing is accomplished without change.

    Choice.

I made half-hearted attempts at fitness and weightloss for years, but never accomplished anything. And that was because I wasn't fully choosing to commit myself to it.

Without that choice first, anything else you do won't produce the results you are expecting.

I go more with the three D's that i made up years ago: Determination, dedication and devotion.

    sometimes my dedication flops...
so i guess in terms of C's... thats choice???
    oops...

    I only need 2 D's

But to answer the question, i think choice. Because people will say they want to choose a more active/healthier life, but then not commit to it. and choice is something i struggle with every day.

I find choice to be the hardest. I have a choice everytime I go food shopping and I usually buy one treat item to last me the week and its almost always gone by the end of the first day.

Bad choices but mine to make. And generally, its working out fine for me

I think the hardest to overcome is a challenge and the easiest is a choice because everything in life is pretty much based on a choice that we make - the key is to make the best choice that we can and sometimes that doesn't happen.

Most difficult is challenge, but I do seem to like one :drinker:

The other is CHOCOLATE! Hand it over and no one gets hurt
