New friends!

Hey everyone!

I'm just looking to meet some new people who are starting out with a new healthier lifestyle as well! It's pretty daunting and it's nice to hear that people are walking the same path! :) What sorts of things keep you accountable and what keeps you motivated? What do you do when you're having a bad day? What are some of your worst fitness/eating habits? How do you combat those? What are some of your favourite fitness activities?

I like to hit the gym in the evenings and a morning hot yoga class with a friend of mine. We're pretty competitive and we hold each other accountable, knowing that the other is going to be there at 5:30 a.m. or at 8 p.m. I admit my food journalling is the pits and that's my biggest struggle. I have scraps of paper and napkins everywhere with random meals and deviations. I'm hoping being online here will help me organize myself a bit more!

    I am just starting out as well.

    I would have to say my worst habit is my eating! Just for lunch today I had 3 meatlover's pizzas from Pizza Hut! I will have to figure a way to curb my eating while working out enough to balance my calories for the day!
