I am new to this website but not new to "starting over". What I have come to realize is that every meal is a challenge. If I could just make it through one day, it will become easier to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Please join me in making a commitment to wise food choices and at least 30 minutes of activity for Monday, July 7th.

CURRENT and HEAVIEST WEIGHT: 169
CURRENT CLOTHING SIZE: "snug" 14

GOAL WEIGHT BY END OF JULY: 165

DESIRED WEIGHT: 130 (Hope to accomplish this by the end of the year!)
DESIRED CLOTHING SIZE: 10

HEALTHY GOALS FOR MONDAY:
1. Workout at least 30 minutes.
2. Drink at least 2L H2O.
3. Eat at least every 2-4 hours.
4. No eating after 7 pm.
5. Record and post on website.

    CURRENT 213 and HEAVIEST WEIGHT: almost 300 then went to 238 down to 200 up to 218
    CURRENT CLOTHING SIZE: "snug" loose 16 tight 14

    2. Drink at least 2L H2O. (I can drink enough water in one day to drown myself)
    3. Eat at least every 2-4 hours.
    4. No eating after 7 pm. (this one will be hard)

    4. No eating after 9 pm. (haha dinner is prepared really late in our place)

    CHECKING IN.....

    Today was rough because I ended up waking up late. I had my planned breakfast but failed to prepare meals for the rest of the day. It turned out that I had only 3 full meals about 5-7 hours apart, I've only consumed about 5 cups of water so far, and, I didn't get a workout in this morning.

    I accept full responsibility for not meeting my goals, but I will try again tomorrow. I'm attempted to finish off the day with a scoop of rocky road ice cream, but looking at the excess calories I've consumed tells me it's not worth it (+631 cals).

    Actually, I met ONE goal which was to record my food and post on MFP. Being accountable is important, and as long as I can stay true to myself I hope to be headed in the right direction.
