Hi I was wondering why my Strength Training exercises I added to my exercise diary didn't show any calories burned in my daily total?

I heard from someone that it doesnt... due to it being strength training but i dont know why. sorry0

I don't think this site is programmed such that it calculates how many calories you burn from strength training. It is hard to gauge the exact amount. You would have to estimate how much you burn. What I do is not even count it, but I know that I have burned some extra calories.0

Hi,
Open cardio and search strength training. It's general, but if you put in the minutes that you did the different machines, it will give you calories burned. That's' what I'm doing and it seems to work.0 -
