Trying to eat more and more healthily

I found out I am actually under-eating and the few times I eat enough not the best/healthy foods I should be. I noticed I'm not super hungry during the day but I do get hungry before bed which is the worst time to eat.

    Eating right before bed isn't bad. Meal timing is effectively irrelevant for weight loss. So long as it doesn't interfere with your sleep, feel free to save some calories for a snack or meal right before bed. I usually do, and it hasn't hindered me at all.
