    Is it life changing?

I actually think these just might be. Just from reading the recipe alone...yogurt for moistness, real egg whites for rise, no fake stuff, fast baking for convenience, two bite cupcake size for portion control, frosting idea in link with 100 cals for two thus fitting my "snack" cal allotment, flavor variety for repeatability.....

    10/10 would bang! 600-00846154w.jpg

I'll report back after trying them in a couple weeks. I am currently busy doing stacked regular sized cupcake trials for an upcoming party. Got no time for this one yet, but I'll get to it. My baker's brain is dying of curiosity.

I made these this morning using a whole box of cake mix, 4 egg whites, 2 ( 6oz each) containers of yoplait blueberry patch yogurt, 1 cup of water, and 1 1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring, I fill my muffin cups about 3/4 full, and I got 63 muffins, calorie count was 39 calories per muffin, can't wait to try CHOCOLATE!!!!!!

Woo hoo, Monday is my birthday, so I am going to try this, with chocolate cake mix, vanilla yogurt and a 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips, in an 8x8 pan, as my grandkids were very upset that we were not going to have cake, lol.

Now I can bake my cake and eat it too! Thanks so much!
