Hey I'm fairly new here, I joined about a month ago. I'm 21, almost 22, and I decided to give MFP a try since I'm tired of being so out of shape. I've attempted weight loss in the past but now going into my last year in college I really want to commit and improve my health.
I'm trying to lose my extra pounds for good, over 100 of them, and get into the best shape possible. Anyone else on the weight loss journey who also wants motivated friends feel free to add me!

I've been here about 2 days. and its working pretty good. Good tip for weight loss is: ....... water. Drink lots of it. I did that and in the first 8 months I lost 30 pounds. Of course I ate anything and everything and never exercised that entire time. but imagine. With lots of water, patience, and determination, the weight literally melts off. One step at a time, or you could be like my dad who has flabby leftover skin :ohwell: Hope you find your motivation. Still looking for mine...... Adds are welcome0
