It is definitely getting way more difficult the closer I get to my goal. I am at a stand still pretty much right now and have been for a couple months.0 -
I am 5'6 and I weigh 242lbs currently(started out at 258 lbs) and my goal weight is 120-140 lbs. So I still need to lose about 100 or so lbs yet lol0

5'4. my goal weight was 155. I am currently at 149. New goal: 1400

I'm even shorter at not quite 4' 11", my goal weight is 125. The smallest I was after three kids, and working out 5 days a week, was a size 4 at 109 lbs. My most comfortable was around 115 at 20% body fat and I maintained that for a lot of years. Due to job stress, food allergies and physical injuries and surgeries, my weight jumped to 199 at my heaviest weight. Currently at 188.1, more than I ever was even 9 months pregnant, and starting the journey with myfitnesspal and my Fitbit One! The weight has started to drop off because I'm eating more! Gotta love that!0

Hey all! Tiny babe clocking in at 4'10". Right now my weight is all over the place. My UGW is somewhere between 115-120, but I'd really ultimately like to get my BF% down to 20% or less. So long as I'm toned, I'm golden.0

I am 5'2" would like to be be 150- 160lb that's a comfortable weight for me. I was comfortable in my clothes then. Now 2 kids later not so comfortable....but since I have started eating better and exercising I feel more confident!!0

5'2 and 140 is my goal! Not "healthy" by BMI, but I felt fantastic at that weight (I gained some weight I lost back). When I reach 140 solidly, I may strive for 135, as that would make me bare minimum healthy according to the BMI scale, but honestly, I feel and look healthy at 140.
I can't believe it but this is exactly where my goals are headed. I am almost 45 and now sit at about 147. My goal is to loose 1/2 pound a week and meet the 140 goal by Thanksgiving or before.0 -
I'm 4 foot 11 and my goal weight has always been 100-110. My mom weighed that much in high school at 2 inches taller...so it was always kind of what I was striving for. That being said, I'm incredibly big-boned with a large frame, so I've never gotten there. My highest was 140 ish, and my lowest ever was 115. Right now I'm about 120-122...but I def feel there's room for improvement!0

My goal weight is 130 lbs., but I've been stuck at 165-170 lbs for 3-4 months. Down from 265. Haven't sen 130 lbs since 1985. Was 160 lbs in 2004. I wear size 12s and 14 (most are too large). Goal is size 8. I have a small frame and am 5'2".

I'm 5'3 currently weighing at 189 lbs. I currently wear a size 16 in jeans (tight fit). lol. My goal is currently 137 lbs. It may change once I get there because I don't ever remember what is to be like to be 137 lbs. I am curious to see what size jeans I would wear at my goal weight.0

Hello! I am 5"2" and I currently weigh 141lbs...i want to loose 15 pounds to get down to 126lbs. Just finished university (where I gained 1 stone) so now im ready to loose the weight again! I love to run and do yoga so hopefully I can do it within a few months.
SO hard to cut down on the treats and beer!

Hi, I am 5 ft. Current weight 140. goal weight 125. I did bikram yoga for a year and went down to 110 in 2009. Felt fantastic. But after pregnancy with twins i am back at 140. The twins are going to be 3 now though

My goal is between 125 and 135. But my hips are really wide, idk if its that doable yet because i have never bee that small. We'll see when it gets closer.0

I'm 5'3" and started in December at 170lbs (at my heaviest weight) . My goal was to reach 130 by this month, but I am currently 140. The closer you get to your goal the harder it becomes. Once I get to 130 though I may shoot for 126 which is the size I was 6 years ago. For me though anything smaller than that makes me look too skinny.0
