      Congratulations! I am a 53 mother of 2 daughters 22 and 23 years old and I started at 267 and I'm now at 242 and I wondered about being able to maintain after I get to a happy weight place so I'm encouraged by your story and pictures, Thanks!

      Thanks so much for sharing! I lost 100 lbs. in just under 8 months last year (as of early Jan. 2013), maintained it for a couple of months, but then packed on 25+ lbs. quickly. I'm back on track now and am losing again, but thanks for the inspiration to work harder at keeping it off when I get there (and beyond) again!
