Banana-egg pancake:

Gluten-free
all-natural
flour-free

ingredients: 2 eggs - 1 banana
step 1: mash the banana in a bowl
step 2: add eggs to the same bowl
step 3: mix to get a creamy solution
step 4: pour into a pan (Note: add any kind of oil or liquid to prevent sticking)

Result: DELICIOUS pancakes that don't even need a sweet syrup.
14g of protein, around 25g of carbs, and 10g of fat and only 250 calories for 12-15 small sized pancakes.

Enjoy :)

I was thinking the same thing. Was an ingredient left out? Bananas and eggs? What about the pancake part?

Have tried them before and they definitely taste like banana omelette. They taste so eggy that you'd need to drown them in maple syrup. I'd rather have the real deal.

Think you could substitute egg whites or wouldn't that give it enough sustance since it's only 2 ingrediants?

I'll take the Tiramisu pancakes over banana omelettes, thanks!

I already use a low gluten whole wheat pancake mix that we can get in our grocery store - and it's pretty decent :)

Also my crossfit coach made paleo pancakes with applesauce and almond flour I think.. still better than a banana and eggs.

I love to make this! It's fabulous! On another note, if you want to skip the pancake some days and make a crepe you can use 2 egg whites and half an egg yolk. Mix, mix and cook on a pan as you would a German crepe. Flip it over, maybe spread some light honey or melt a piece of dark chocolate. Roll it and voila!

    Sounds delish!

And for the others who posted their opinions about how they'd rather eat other pancakes, this recipe is for the people who are craving substitutes and who are maintaining low calorie intakes.
When I prepared this recipe I wasn't bothered by the taste of egg. just make sure to use a ripe banana.
