gendered multivitamins

So I'm out of my multi, and my boyfriend has like One a Day Teen Multivitamin for Him. I read the label and it seems to have most of the same stuff, some things in different amounts. Oh and no iron.

Can I take that for a couple days until I can go buy mine? The gendered thing is a gimmick right?

I don't think I'd die without a multi for a few days but I'm a pescetarian who doesn't like milk so I try to take something lol.

You should be fine either way. A couple days without a multi won't kill you and if you decide to take his it should be fine too.

You'll be fine. If you want to up your calcium intake without milk, though, you could eat more bok choy or canned salmon with the bones still in (half a can gives you 20% of your RDA of calcium).

The major difference is the lack of iron. Since men don't menstruate, they don't usually need additional iron (it can even be detrimental).

Like the others said, don't worry about it.
