Cardio help

I broke my leg and my arm (same side) a couple of months ago (5 foot fall). I also tore some ligaments as well. I'm trying to get back to exercise, but am having a rough go at it since, I'm limited in mobility. I can't do pt bc I cannot afford the extra expense,and have googled exercises to get my range of motion back. Does anyone have any other cardio suggestions? I haven't really done any real workouts in almost 3 months.
