What is the TDEE Equation for weight loss?

There are any number of TDEE calculators out there...all will be slightly different, but as long as you're being consistent with your stats and activity level, they should be within a reasonable margin. I personally like Fat2Fit and the scooby calculator...just ignore the rest of his bro-science though.
