    Way to discipline yourself! Thanks for sharing, and I'm happy you stuck it out - I bet you're glad you did too. "Discipline is doing what needs to be done, even when you don't feel like doing it."

    Awesome post! I'm so glad that your friends on MFP motivated you to walk those 60 minutes that you hadn't actually walked yet even though the weather wasn't nice and there was a screw in your shoe.
