    I made this over the week-end - only I didn't frost the entire thing with the cool whip, we just scooped some on top.

    I cut my 9x13 cake into 18 squares, and with my boxed cake mix and pineapple brands here are the nutrition details per square:

    Calories: 29
    Carbs: 7
    Fat: 0
    Protein: 0
    Sodium: 23

    I just made this and I'm confused about the nutritional data. Angel food cake mix has 140 calories per serving/12 servings in a box = 1680 calories just in the cake mix. 300 calories for a 20oz can of crushed pineapple, so 1980 calories in the entire thing. 18 servings...110 calories each. Thats not even counting cool whip. Is there a cake mix that is much lower calorie or something?
