20 plus days and still trying

Hello Everyone,
I do not know how everyone is doing in the heat and humidity. I have been trying for 20 plus days now and the heat is blocking my motivation to walk further everyday. Needing some help. Motivation please!! I walk atleast 2 times a day. Once at work on break and at home after dinner. It's tough because I work such long hours. There is never enough time to do anything. Any Ideas?

  • sigh, in the heat it is hard to work out. I bicycle because the wind keeps me cool. You can burn the same amount of calories with just a little more time.

    Ive been skipping the gym due to the heat. Working out in this heat makes me feel sick (i overheat really easily anyway!)
    Try taking a bottle of partly frozen water with you to help you stay hydrated and cool :)
