I always thought grapes were low calorie, I probably eat 400 calories worth in one sitting

Yeah, grapes have a high sugar content which is why they're used in juices! And there are more nutrient-dense choices out there, such as strawberries. I think cherries are even better because at least then you spit the pit out and that slows down your eating. With grapes, you can shove them all in your mouth without really thinking about it.

I ended up throwing an entire bag of gluten free bagels right into the garbage yesterday.... 310 calories for a tiny little piece of bread that is inedible unless it is toasted. What WAS I thinking when I bought them???? This morning, it is back to Old Wessex oatmeal with blackstrap molasses and skim milk....260 calories PLUS iron! Thanks for showing us that we DO have some healthy, delicious choices!

Good call on tossing them out. Nothing makes me feel worse than wasting precious calories on something that:
    a) doesn't fill me up
    b) isn't enjoyable
