Will probably use turkey for this one. This is on the menu! I love anything that can incorporate and hide cauliflower.

Using mashed cauliflower instead of potatoes is also very yummy! Especially if you can broil it for a few minutes at the end of the baking time to get it nice and crisp on top. And I used ground turkey and chicken all the time. I know not technically shepherd's pie but still just as delicious!!0

I make this one quite a lot. Using Quorn mince and sweet potato for the mash really reduces the calories.
