Love PB2. I do not eat a lot of peanut butter but I always keep PB2 on hand for when I have a craving. Tastes just like peanut butter but a lot less calories.

I use powdered PB for smoothies and puddings. (Just the Great Stuff - not PB2). For dipping or sammiches I just use natual organic PB (Bee's Knees)

The walmart I go to has a zero calorie Peanut Spread and when I am hungry and don't have many calories I will use it. Not as good as Jiff, kind of fluffy. I like Jiff much better :-)

Its called: Walden Farms Peanut Spread

I had to check that out..how could peanut butter be zero calories? It's because there's no peanuts in it. Chemicals and peanut flavoring. http://www.waldenfarms.com/nutrition_facts.html#

Homemade nut butters are super easy to make. Toast your nuts (I love almonds, walnuts and sunflower seeds) in the oven until fragrant.

Put in blender. Slowly add grapeseed oil until you get the consistency you want. Add a pinch of salt. Add a pinch of stevia (optional).

Including the 10 minutes of toasting your nuts time, it takes 12 minute to make, 2 minutes to spoon into your container.

PB2 is ok, but expensive. I stick to low fat Jif pb. I only use a tablespoon at a time.

I eat Skippy. I won't settle for anything else. I just moderate how much I eat or compensate in other meals and exercise.
