Replacement for: Strawberry Cheesecake (76 Calories per serv

For Strawberry bottom:
Slice about 12 Strawberries place in a container with 2Tbs. of sugar - set aside.

For Filling Place the following into a food processor:
8oz Cottage Cheese
8oz 2% Milk
6oz Sugar Free Jello pudding & pie filling (cheesecake flavor)
1tsp vanilla
once that's all whipped up and lump free add
8oz Cool Whip Free (thawed)

Topping:
1 Graham Cracker (crumbled)

Place the strawberries into the bottom of a pie pan, cover with the filling. Top with Graham Cracker crumbles.

Makes 8 Servings:
Cal. 76; Protein 4g, Carb. 12g; Fat 2g; Sat. 1

    Then figure out what you're gonna do to burn 608 cals....nice bike ride maybe? :laugh:

    And I forgot to mention...refrigerate over night to let it set. Or if you can't wait....it will be a yogurt/pudding like consistency (which is how I ate mine) :blushing:
