This is it!

I'm 41 years old and weigh around 390 pound. I've decided to keep my work to a minimum and focus on weight loss. I'm hoping to go to the gym later today (it's 2am here now) I'm preparing weekly menus and working out a diet and exercise plan. My first goal is to lose 70lb in 12 months which should be fairly easy. I will keep a blog to help me stay focused. Now it's official and no giving up!

    Proud of you!!! You can do this!!! I know you have been struggling but you got this!!! If you can get yourself a heart rate monitor. I got one off walmart.com, it is a Pyle Sport. It only cost about $25 with the site to store option. It has the chest strap with the watch. I love it and it really helps me know exactly how many calories I am burning with my activities. I kinda motivates me to just get up and move.
