Do you blog about your journey?

Hey everyone! My weekly weigh in day is Wednesday, so every Wednesday I post a new blog post about my weight loss journey. This really helps hold me accountable knowing that people I love and trust will read this and ask me about it weekly. But it helps me to read about others on a similar journey as well. It helps me feel like I'm not alone on this one. I post about a lot of other things at my blog too, but Wednesday's are dedicated to weight loss... Feel free to check out this weeks post at:

Post your blog below, I'd love to read it... and add me as a friend if you would like!

I do blog. I have found blogging, even before I started losing weight, to be very great therapy. I have a blog here on MFP but I also keep a personal blog which includes my weight loss journey as well. It's been great because it keeps me accountable. I weigh in every Friday.

I'm a blogger :) I just started a blog on here documenting my weight loss over the next six months. It's only been a few days, but it has already worked wonders at helping to keep me accountable! My weekly weigh in is on Sunday's, so there will be a new post AT LEAST once a week - http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/racbergs

And here's my real blog if you are interested, but I don't talk about weight loss on it -

Yes, I do. Not everyday or weekly. Just when I feel like I have something relevant to say regarding my progress/struggle. My last post was about being swarmed with biting flies... which is making my morning walk miserable!

Non-blog related, I've been posting a picture everyday on my facebook during my walk. Usually it's of the scenery... or like a heron by the riverside... that kind of stuff. I feel like it kinda makes me accountable. My friends and family can see parts of my so-called "journey" and cheer me on this way. Plus, sometimes there's just some very awesome pictures to see from it!
