Can you tear your muscles using the same work out routine?
I've been watching youtube and using fitgirls101 dumbell excercise routine for the past week. Although I am sore is it possible I'm doing more harm than good?

If I were you, I would switch it up. If you continue to do the same work out over and over again, your body will get use to it. You have to keep your body guessing. I would start looking at other work out routines to supplement some of your fitgirl 101 dumbell days. Try going to bodybuilding.com they have GREAT work outs to try with easy to understand instruction videos. This will help give your body the variety it needs.0
