For those of you that input your excercise on MFP what do you use for 30DS? My wife is just getting started on MFP and she wants to be able to input what she does for workouts...I never put mine in. We tried looking it up and could not find it. Would welcome any tricks or advice. Thanks

    Use circuit training, general (and take away about 50 calories) MFP, I find, calculates to high. Or if you have a smartphone you can download a free app called the calories burned calculator. I find it to be much more consistent with my heart rate monitor. Tell you wife to enjoy 30DS. I liked it, except for level two. Evil, evil planks ;)

    general circuit training, or use a heart rate monitor and make your own exercise

    I used circuit training general. I don't eat back all of my exercise calories anyway, so I figured it was close enough.

    I do circuit training, minus 100 from what MFP says.
