I can eat an entire pint of Ben and Jerry's Greek Frozen Yogurt (Blueberry Vanilla with a Graham Cracker Swirl) for only 800 calories.
In my head it was like, 3000 calories, so I refused to buy any, in case I couldn't (and I probably won't) limit myself to a reasonable portion, but I can burn off 800 calories at the gym before noon, and spend the entire afternoon blissing out over my frozen yogurt.
I am so happy right now!

Respect! Unfortunately I'll need to run a little over 13km to burn 800 calories so I exclude frozen treats from my diet.0
