What junk food do you happily include in your daily cals?

For me lately, it's been the same for a few times the past couple weeks. A whopper, large fry and a diet coke. Totals out to be about 1100 calories of delicious badness. Since I get my 10,000 steps in and my cals budget is at least 2000 a day, this is easily doable for me.
Other days it might be something small like a Marie calendars coconut pie. The little 300 calorie ones. What's your dirty little secret?

Alcohol is probably mine, although not technically food, I have to plan my day accordingly. This as well as whatever drunken food I end up buying on the way home! Thankfully it's not that frequent now I've left university :P0

wine and chocolate :P0

Chips I dnt care what flavor... I love them...0

Chocolate and/or cake feature most days in some form or another.0

Chips and Ice cream bars. An occasional burger here and there with a diet soda. But it always fits my macros.0

full fat creamer in my coffee0

Trader Joe's white cheddar popcorn, and a square (or two or three depending on calories left) of their 72% dark chocolate. I like to "munch" at night, so save some of my calories to include these. Since I don't feel "deprived" it stops me from from going wild on worse things.0

Wine. And ice cream.
And ANY chocolate.0 -
Real ale, love the stuff, about 200kcals a bottle.0

Whonu chewy chocolate chip cookies! They are full of calcium, fiber, and vitamin c. It's like a healthy cookie and they taste like a normal cookie like chips ahoy.0

Ice cream, but I don't know that I would really consider that junk.... I wouldn't really consider chocolate junk either. Some people would consider Wendy's chili junk, but the protein, fat and carbs fit my macros perfectly so I'm not really sure.0

Hmmm... whatever I want!! Lately it's been Ramen noodles! And pizza! Not in the same day, though... :laugh:0

It would have to be some form of chocolate.... I'm not picky!
and of course if calories allow and sometimes they don't, a nice glass of Red....

Bread. Not really junk-junk but usually unneeded calories. Life without bread would be a miserable existence.0

Did someone refer to chocolate and alcohol as junk?
For shame.0 -

I know, right???? I'm guilty:bigsmile:0 -
Ice cream of course:)! I eat ice cream almost everyday. If I have enough calories I'll put some cookies in it.0

Aye, there is no junk, just food.
I eat/drink it all happily ...0 -
popcorn!
Totally! Me too. Popcorn, popped on the stove with oil and real melted butter drizzled on afterwards. I have cut down the amount I make, the oil I use, and also now put half butter and half parmesan cheese. But I love my popcorn...and no air popped crap.0 -
Hersheys kisses I allow myself a couple everyday as my little reward.0
-
plain popcorn. at only 30 calories a cup, I could eat a bag a day.0
-
All junk food if it doesn't put me over on the calories I am trying to eat.0

For me, it's 6 grain potato chips ... Sweet chili flavor and they are baked not fried so it makes me feel better.0
