a little help please?

i was wondering if you have a weight bar that came with the sand weights can you interchange them with metal weights? or is that a different bar all together?

  From what I've seen, the sand weights fit a smaller size bar than plate weights. I have an olympic set with steel plates, and the bar is 2" in diameter on the ends.

  yes. yes you can. as long as they have the same diameter hole the bar don't care
