    All joking aside, I would def ask your doctor first. Above I inserted the disclaimer at the bottom of the page. You're a grown *kitten* woman and that makes up her own mind. I would offer that a while back I was having "lower level" issues and when I finally broke down and spoke with my doctor, we narrowed it down to caffeine intake coupled with weight loss pills (also contained caffeine). I drastically lowered my caffeine intake and the problem was gone in literally in 72 hours. I'm not a doctor nor do I assume my problem is linked to this enema treatment. My opinion is that I would not do it.

    But hey! Who am I?
