I don't want to loose much weight just re-shape my body and start to eat more healthy, just got a question, when they say drink 8 cups of water per day, how much in litres is that ?, and, how am I ment to survive on 1500cal a day, man i'm starving.

hello you figure its 8 oz. of water to a glass so just multiple it by 8 so you need at least 64 oz of water daily, if you are feeling hungry just drink you some water and that should help with the hunger pains0

There are about 4 cups to a liter so 8 cups is 2 liters. 1500 calories is more than some ladies I know. They are trying to go for 1200 calories. I'd suggest you look at adding exercise to your daily routine. A good workout helps me to push away hunger and burn calories as well. In addition, it allows me to eat back the calories later.
As for starving, when I do feel hunger pains, I know the next day's weigh-in is going to give me good results.0 -
