My name is Roland Drudge, I'm 65 yrs old, I live in Indiana, I like to hunt, fish, and gardening, mostly vegetables. I am a fairly new member and I am trying to learn my way around the site, such as how to locate members healthy recipes, view my progress and to learn about members strategies for everything. I was with another great program, but it became a hassle getting around the advertizements and how slow it made my computer run. I started out with them at 340 lbs and dropped to 262 lbs. I learned that some of my best tools are my mind and food tracking. Any advice will be most appreciated!

Its all about portion control, get a scale from walmart and make sure you weigh your food to keep your cals right0
