Wholewheat pasta with passata sauce with mushrooms, peppers, onions and a few lardons. And lots of chilli powder! Yummy.0

Egg white omelette with light feta cheese, red bell pepper and spinach, with a bit of avocado on top. 1 bowl of soup and two low cal crackers / bread thing.
All of that for less than 300 cals0 -
I haven't gone grocery shopping in a long time... So it'll probably be a burger with cheese and no bun. Some sauteed green beans. And I eat rice with just about anything so rice! And maybe a slice of leftover red velvet cake.0

Baked sweet potato with black beans, a few shrimp (sautéed in water and garlic), salsa, and a bit of Chobani 0%. My new favorite dinner!0
